I am honored to once again be invited by the Metro Council to present as part of their free public webinar series on mental health and healing.

In June 2024, I shared Journey Into Your Mind, a presentation that explored how different brain regions influence perception, understanding, psychological flexibility, and emotional regulation. 

This year, I am returning to offer a new session that examines how systemic oppression, adverse childhood experiences (ACEs), historical trauma, and epigenetics contribute to cycles of crime and violence, and how trauma-informed, justice-oriented approaches can open the door to healing and change.
