What is the RECLAIM Journey?

The RECLAIM Journey is the Human Liberation & Balance Institute’s signature seven-stage spiral for personal transformation. It’s not a rigid program, it’s a living framework that adapts to you.


Each stage offers opportunities for reflection, healing, and aligned action.

  • Recognize what is real: your current patterns, truths, and challenges.

  • Explore the roots: past experiences, systems, and influences shaping you now.

  • Clarify what matters most: your values, needs, and authentic desires.

  • Liberate your attention from what no longer serves you.

  • Align your actions with your truth.

  • Integrate new ways of being into your daily life.

  • Move forward with intention and resilience.

There is no one starting point and no finish line.
